The twin room at Toyoko Inn Matsumoto Eki Higashi Guchi was cozy and had a comfy bed. I loved the flat-screen TV and free WiFi, making my evenings relaxing after exploring the city. Cons: I wish there was a coffee machine in the room for freshly brewed coffee.

Best possible and comfortable location, easy to get around with a train station near the hotel. A wide array of goodies for breakfast.

the location was particularly good and convenient, right by many food shops, attractions, the train station and matsumoto. lucky that it was relatively near giraffe stop, offering food to go. had essentials needed in the double room, including an electric kettle and refrigerators.

My twin room was equipped with climate control, flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator. the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the staff there were nice and lovely. Booked the hotel for its marvelous location close to the train station and the bus station as well as many food shops and attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, everything exceeded our expectations. the location is super convenient, close to the train station, shopping malls, eateries, and even the castle. the breakfast had a satisfying variety of dishes, and we loved the freshly brewed coffee. the staff was very helpful and accommodating. the room and bathroom were spacious, and we appreciated having the iron with an ironing board in the room.

We wish there were better views from the room.

Spent a lovely Xmas holiday at a hotel just steps away from the train station, shops, and restaurants. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of dishes that we enjoyed trying out. We also loved the convenience of being a short walk away from both the mall and the castle.

Although the hotel was a great base for exploring the city, we missed having a coffee machine that made fresh cafe lattes and cappuccinos in the morning. it would have been helpful to have an iron and ironing board available in our room for our clothes, especially for ladies' garments, instead of just a trouser press.
